Media Requesting a Pass
We are pleased to provide media passes to our events to accredited members of the Canadian media. When requesting a media pass please provide a copy of your accreditation along with name, title, organization, phone and email. Media passes are not transferable.
Please take a moment to review our event policies. They have been established to ensure a comfortable and productive environment for our delegates, while providing members of the press with an opportunity to access speakers and newsworthy content discussed at the event.
Event Materials Policy
Members of the press may be presented with event materials for reference, if additional copies are available on site. However, these conference materials may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written consent of Energy Solutions 2009.
Recording: Recording the event either by audio or videotape is not permitted without prior express written consent of Energy Solutions 2009.
Confidentiality: Occasionally, due to the sensitive or confidential nature of their presentation, a speaker may ask for members of the press to leave the event room during their presentation. If this is the case, you will be advised upon registration, and we must respect their wishes and clear the room of press members.
Lunch: Lunch and refreshments will be provided, subject to availability on-site.
We ask that you reference Energy Solutions 2009 in any articles written about or relating to the event, and to notify us of any articles you publish related to the event.
